Protect & Prep
Before any water goes on, we tape over outlets, door locks, doorbells, and high-power electrical boxes. Landscaping gets pre-saturated and post-saturated, with tip sizing and aim chosen to avoid overspray on anything nearby.
If a car is left in the work area, we reschedule rather than risk it. Patio furniture gets moved out of the zone entirely instead of just covered.
Soft Wash Application
The solution is sodium hypochlorite blended with a surfactant so it clings to vertical surfaces instead of running off, diluted to match the surface and how heavy the growth is. Dwell time is not fixed. We judge it section by section based on algae load before rinsing.
Heavy soil and stains get hit with a low-pressure pump sprayer for direct control. The bulk of the house is treated through a downstreamer off the pressure washer, still at low pressure the whole way.
Top-Down Rinse
We rinse from the roofline down so dirty runoff never re-stains a section that is already clean below it.
The rinse itself uses a pressure washer, but dialed to low pressure and high volume. That clears the solution completely without stripping paint or forcing water behind lap joints.
Final Walkthrough
We walk the property with you when you are available, pointing out anything worth a second look.
Clean Up & Restore
We pull all tape and protection off outlets, locks, doorbells, and power boxes, and move furniture back into place exactly where we found it.
Equipment gets packed up last, and we take a final set of photos of the finished job for our records and yours.
