Our Store Front Cleaning Process
Surface Clean the Field
Surface cleaner covers the full field for an even, stripe-free finish.
Edges & Detail Work
We detail edges, entries, and glass lines so nothing gets missed.
Rinse & Clear Debris
Rinse all dirt and debris away from the entry.
Post-Treat & Protect
Post-treat kills organic growth and lifts gum and grease stains at the root.
Timeframe: 1 – 2 hours
Surface Clean the Field
The field is cleaned with a rotary surface cleaner, run on cold water. The spinning head covers the surface evenly instead of leaving the stripe or zebra lines a hand wand leaves behind.
Edges & Detail Work
Entries, glass lines, and corners the rotary head can’t reach get finished by hand with a wand, so nothing along the storefront is missed.
Rinse & Clear Debris
Loose dirt and debris are cleared out of the entry area entirely, not just rinsed across it. Left in place, that debris settles right back into the surface pores as it dries.
Post-Treat & Protect
A soft wash solution is applied to break down gum and grease residue, and kill organic growth at the root, so the entry stays cleaner longer.
See The Difference

Your entry is your handshake. Gum polka dots and a grimy sidewalk cost you customers you never see, because they keep walking.
We clean the full first impression: flatwork, glass line, kick plates, and the building face around your sign.
Covered walkways and breezeways collect dirt that rain never rinses. They usually show the most dramatic difference of the whole property.
Ask about a quarterly schedule. Storefronts on a recurring plan stay at ribbon-cutting clean year round.

Quick Answers
How do you clean a storefront without disrupting customers?
Entryways and sidewalks are washed before open, after close, or overnight, so nobody has to walk through the work zone. See after-hours and overnight cleaning.
Can you get the black gum spots off the sidewalk in front of the door?
Yes. Gum is a separate step from the surface cleaner pass and comes up with heat and a targeted tool. Details on sidewalk gum removal for shopping centers.
Do you clean the awnings, entry glass, and the building face too?
The storefront face, awnings, columns, and entry glass can all be included in the scope. Glass is covered on window cleaning, and we also handle graffiti removal on the building face.
Can the storefront and the parking lot be done in one visit?
Yes, and that is the usual scope for a retail center. See parking lot pressure washing and parking garage pressure washing. Storefront jobs typically run 1 to 2 hours. Pricing is on commercial pressure washing cost.
