Each pane scrubbed with a water-fed pole and purified water for a spot-free dry.
Rinse, Detail & Reinstall
Top-to-bottom rinse, detailed edges, and screens go back on.

Screens get cleaned with specialized screen-cleaning equipment, not just a hose rinse, so dust and pollen actually come out of the mesh instead of getting pushed through it.

The soft water rinse clears loose dirt, cobwebs, and dead bugs out of the frames and sills.

Purified water carries no mineral content, so there’s nothing left behind to dry into spots the way tap water does.

Edges get a hand-wipe finish since the water-fed pole can’t fully clear tight corners on its own, then the screens go back in and everything gets a last top-to-bottom rinse.

Do you clean the frames, sills, and screens, or only the glass?
We remove the screens, scrub and rinse the frames with soft water, clean the panes, then put the screens back. Frames and sills are part of the job, not an add-on.
Can you reach second and third story windows without a ladder?
Yes. A water-fed pole system reaches up to 3 stories from the ground, so nobody has to set a ladder against your siding or your gutters.
Why do my windows spot again right after they are cleaned?
Hard water minerals left behind when the droplets dry. We finish with purified soft water so there is nothing in the water to leave a spot. Sprinkler overspray hitting the glass will re-spot it regardless, so aim those heads away from the house.
Should windows be cleaned before or after washing the house and roof?
After, or on the same visit with the glass done last. Rinse water off roof washing, house washing, and gutter cleaning runs straight down the glass. We serve The Woodlands, Spring, and the greater Houston area.
