Restaurant & Drive-Thru Pressure Washing in The Woodlands, TX
Your customers judge you before they order – a dirty entryway, a greasy drive-thru lane, or a stained patio tells them something about the kitchen they can’t see. We clean restaurants and drive-thrus around The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, and the rest of Montgomery County, and we know the two things you actually care about: the place has to look clean for the people walking in, and the grease has to actually come off, not just get rinsed around. We handle both, on your schedule, without slowing down a single order.
Finished Before Your First Shift
Restaurants don’t get a slow hour. There’s always a shift starting, a drive-thru line forming, or a delivery driver at the back door. That’s why we do this work overnight or before you open – we’re in and out before your first employee clocks in. No wet floors during breakfast rush, no equipment blocking the drive-thru at lunch, no customers walking through a cleaning crew. You tell us your hours, we build around them. Read more about how we schedule around your business on our after-hours commercial pressure washing page.
Grease, Oil & Drive-Thru Buildup
Plain water doesn’t touch restaurant grease. Drive-thru lanes take a daily beating from dripping to-go bags and idling cars, dumpster corrals collect spilled grease and food waste, and grease trap areas build up residue that just sits there and smells worse every week pressure washing alone skips over. We pair the right degreasing agents with high-pressure washing to actually break that buildup down, not just push it a few feet down the lot. It’s the same approach we use on dumpster pad cleaning – cut the grease first, then rinse it clean.
What We Clean

Every restaurant’s layout is a little different, so we walk the property first and build a cleaning plan around what’s actually there – not a generic package. Check out our full commercial pressure washing services for everything else we cover on-site.

NFPA 96 Hood & Exhaust Cleaning: What We Do (and Don’t)
Restaurant exteriors and hood/exhaust systems are two different jobs handled by two different trades. Suds Soft Wash handles the outside: dumpster pad degreasing, drive-thru lane and parking area pressure washing, building exterior soft washing, and cleaning up grease buildup on concrete near dumpsters and grease traps. We do not clean commercial kitchen hoods, exhaust fans, or ductwork, and we are not IKECA-certified hood cleaners, NFPA 96 compliance for interior hood/exhaust systems is a specialized trade that requires its own certification and equipment.
If your restaurant needs hood/exhaust/duct cleaning for NFPA 96 compliance, that work should go to a certified hood cleaning company. We’re happy to coordinate scheduling around your hood cleaner’s visits so your exterior grease pads, drive-thru lanes, and building surfaces stay on the same maintenance cycle, just give us a call at 281-626-8234 to talk through what’s on your property.
Quick Answers
Do you clean hood vents or exhaust systems inside the kitchen?
No, that’s not something Suds Soft Wash handles. They are not IKECA-certified hood cleaners and don’t perform commercial kitchen hood, exhaust fan, or ductwork cleaning, or NFPA 96 interior compliance work.
Can you work around our hours so it doesn’t disrupt service?
Yes, service is scheduled around your restaurant’s hours, whether that’s overnight, before your first shift, or between shifts. The goal is to avoid wet floors during the breakfast rush or equipment blocking the drive-thru at lunch.
What areas of our restaurant property can you clean?
They clean patios and outdoor seating areas, entryways and walk-up windows, drive-thru lanes, dumpster corrals and grease trap pads, and parking lots and drive aisles. They also offer a custom property walkthrough beforehand to create a cleaning plan.
Will a regular pressure wash actually get rid of the grease in our drive-thru lane?
Plain water or plain pressure washing alone isn’t enough because grease has to actually come off, not just get rinsed around. They pair the right degreasing agents with high-pressure washing to properly cut through it.
