Protect & Prep
When gutters are present, we bag them off and pre-wet the vegetation before we start, then post-rinse the vegetation when we’re done, with a mid-application rinse too if it’s hot out. If there are no gutters, a ground guy stays on hose duty the whole time, rinsing runoff as it comes off the roof.
Soft Wash Application
It’s a dedicated soft wash setup with a variety of spray tips, so application stays precise and overspray stays low, keeping the solution off nearby plants.
Kill Algae at the Root
The solution kills the algae causing the black streaks at the root. By the time we’re done, the streaks are gone, not just faded.
Rinse & Final Walkthrough
Gutter bags come off and get flushed through, then everything below the roof line gets a final rinse before we walk the property with you.
